Returns and Refunds

At Harpa's Nest we aim to provide you with the best online shopping experience, and it is very important to us that you love your purchase. We only want happy customers!

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us online as soon as possible, indicating the reason for the return. 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, it can be returned for an exchange or refund within 14 days. The item being returned must be in original condition, unused and/or unworn, and unwashed with labels intact.

This does not mean you cannot try your items on for size! Please check our sizing chart before making a purchase as returned items postage will be at your expense. 

Upon inspecting the returned item, we will the gladly credit your original method of payment, or provide you with a store credit if you wish. 

Returned items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or refunded, and will be returned to the customer.

We recommend sending return via registered post as Harpa's Nest is unable to accept responsibility for items lost in transit. 


Faulty Items

We aim to provide you with quality items. We thoroughly check and carefully package your order, before it is sent to you. If however, you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately to discuss appropriate action. We can offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase date.

We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping and handling costs, unless the item was faulty.
